What happens when the trial period is over?

When the trial period ends, you will lose access to the system unless you choose to start a subscription and enter a payment method. If you don't choose to continue, your account will be closed after a short period of time. Everything happens automatically and no unforeseen costs will be incurred.

Can I change my subscription later?

Yes, you can change your subscription type at any time within the app, on your profile page. It's easy to upgrade or downgrade as needed with no lock-in period.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Agdir Farm will last for the period you have paid for, after which your account will be closed at no extra cost. There is no commitment and no notice period.

Are there any card fees?

No, there are no fees for using a credit card. The price quoted is exclusive of value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, it is possible to choose invoice as a payment method instead of paying by card. You will then receive an invoice by email and can pay in the usual way.

In which countries can I use Agdir Farm?

Agdir Farm can be used everywhere, and the system works just as well in Norway as in other countries.

What is your reimbursement policy?

Once you have completed the trial period and switched to a paid subscription, we unfortunately do not provide refunds for already paid periods. However, you can cancel at any time and use the service until the end of the paid period.

Which subscription fits my farm?

Most small and medium-sized farms get the most value out of the "Agdir Farm Plus" subscription. Terms and content for the different levels can be found in the app or on the website.
